Customer-oriented innovations: analysis of development practices (the case of North-West Russian regional companies)

The main stages in the development of methods for joint value creation for product and technological innovations, including: external ventures, open innovations and their support tools, and the current transition from open to client-oriented innovations.

As a further study it is planned to examine the situation in other regions of the Russian Federation and in foreign countries, which would require similar field studies. A more in-depth analysis and coverage of Russian companies that widely apply joint value creation tools will be conducted.
